Don’t go anywhere near dead whales they smell turrible.

Whale is clear of North La Jolla as noon today unless the current turns uphill. Had made its way down to the north end of the South La Jolla reserve. There was a boat there dealing with it? Maybe? If not it’ll be on the beach soon.

Boat had a compressor and was posted up right next to the carcass for a while. I have no idea what they were up to. Rigging for sea tow? Shark divers?
