Fishing in Oceanside on Saturday. Dropped a 1.5 oz jetty worm to the bottom and found this little sand bass

Nate, that's a pig!!!

You should have released it into Bare Foot Bar & Grill lagoon. I was there yesterday - they've got some huge calicos, but I didn't see too many big sandies.

If you guys haven't check that lagoon out, you must:

http://www.paradisepoint.com/paradise_barefoot.aspx

It's very cool to see WSB, schools of yellows (some nice 25# size), halibut, barracuda, bass, sharks - they got almost all of southern California species right in their lagoon. Bring the kids - they'll get a kick out of watching all the fish too...

Yeah, I know.
Why would I say that thing is "Crazy big" if I really thought it was a WSB"?
I was just goofing that Ugly Grumpy was as big as a purty WSB.
Damn nice Feesh.
BTW, here's a crazy big WSB.
