Kayak Fishing Doheny Beach For Whatever Bites

Sorry for the late upload. It’s been super busy the last few months, so I’m going to start uploading some recent past footage.
This one focuses on kayak fishing the Dana
Point Surf Break for what ever bites.

We’re using sardines on a 1/0 light wire circle hook, 1/2 oz egg sinker, and bead. We’re fishing in 8’ to 12’ of water so most of the fish we’re fighting horizontally. That means that it take lots of time to wear them out. Hope you like the video!

Appreciate the detail on where and how you were fishing. Congratulations on the keeper halibut!
