Eating like 4 urchin's worth of freshly harvested uni in a sitting is a gross/amazing/hedonistic experience like few others. I love them. Haven't had any in a while though

Way to go!! Love uni sushi/sashimi.
When fresh, the overwhelming nutty taste of the ocean is unbeatable. Of course, those goats are pretty tasty too. Now, all I can think of is sushi for lunch!! TL. -JJ- |
