Imo,do yourself a big favor and look into solid core braided
polytron by Sampson, there's virtually no memory in this rope. I have the # 9 in blue but a size up would probably fit my catcher mitts better. It comes in 1200' spools so get a buddy to split the cost. I cant believe I went so long without this rope. the cord holders work good as well but this rope coils well if you choose. |

Gotta love that blue Sampson rope....even in 200' lengths it coils easily...get rid of the Red Promar rope!
Finding a rope with very little MEMORY is the key to rope management! That yellow hollow 3/8" rope from Promar that comes in 75' lengths is pretty good and it's easy to make loops in it. Jim / Saba Slayer |
