According to the article most dealers will get one, some will get zero.

What I would really like to see hobie do is drop the standard fins and put the turbos on from the factory for all their boats. Yes, they're smart by making you pay over $100 for two pieces of plastic. And the square hatch on the outback, how is that not installed stock like the pro angler. I'm a big believer in you get what you pay for, and with hobie you're getting quality. But in my opinion their price point is a little high on some of their aftermarket accessories. I guess if you dominate the market and have no competition for things like the turbo fins and sailing rudders, you're able to put pricing wherever you want. And don't get me started on the cheap buckets that come with the kayak for the center hatch. The lids are a joke, and compartments are so small they are useless. Another $20 for the bigger gear bucket just to take one iron out to sea. Really hobie, that's one thing you need to change is that damn bucket.
