Launch was dry so nice and comfortable for the rest of the day. Several yakers got yellows but overall a slow day. No bites for me. Spanish were easy to make early and were active on the surface. Lake like conditions most of the day. Saw a mako jump close to kelp. Off the water by 2 so maybe there was a pm bite. Yak has been taking in water for the last couple of trips. Looks like there is a hairline crack on the bottom. Hope to be able to fix. Would like to update my original outback but retired on fixed income so guess I will put up with uncomfortable seat, sketchy rudder system, home made bait tank, etc.
