2-14-11 LJ non report - Kayak Fishing Adventures on Big Water’s Edge

went out to la jolla to for a few hours in the afternoon. lots of large greenbacks and spanish. beautiful day to be out on the water. unfortunately the fish showed me no love. I had a greenie on one line and dropped the iron when i saw marks on the FF. saw a few other people out there but nobody that I spoke too reported any bites. only was out for 3 hours before I had to head in and clean up for a valentines day evening with the lady.

weather is supposed to get ugly for the next few days. hopefully the storm stirs everything up and brings lots of hungry fish

nice one. i heard its supposed to be a pretty cold storm moving through for the weekend
