Dana Point 8/5

Offshore plans were thwarted, fished the headlands solo until noon. 71-72 greenish water. BIG hook up on the greenback at 8 kelped me and popped off while it was wrapped up. hooked it in 62 feet and it brought me into 58 and submerged kelp couple other baits got mouthed and spit, WSB looking marks. Released one rat YT on a spanish and a few calicos. Wind came on pretty hard about noon, I was glad I was not 5 miles out then.

Rat Bendo below

Winds have been nasty. It may be time for a night time session. I want to think the ghosts are still there.
