Looks good................my suggestions:

1. get rid of the bungee cords and use straps instead, the bungee cords will stretch out after a while

2. Mount everything to the tank with stainless steel hardware. If you should happen to flip over the tank will float and being that all the additional hardware is strapped to the tank it should minimize your losses.

3. The trailer connector that runs to the battery box is likely to corrode, it won't happen tomorrow but I can almost guarantee you that it's going to corrode. if you're doing beach launches I can guarantee you it will come in contact with water. If you mount the box to the tank you can put the connector inside the box and prevent saltwater exposure.
