This Tsunami was not a big deal on the SoCal coast. They were only forcasting 2 - 3 feet tidal swings on a day that would otherwise have had very little. Just had to keep yourself out of inlets to harbors, marinas, coves etc. I saw a similar thing today Bob. When we landed, I came in first about 15 minutes ahead of my buddies. I landed 4 -5 feet higher up the beach (a good 40 - 50 feet away on a steep beach) than them. A sailboater passed by me and said he could not even motor out of the harbor entrance due to the flow.

You might want to look up "natural selection" unless you meant that he looked more or less sexy for having gone out.

Hey watch it!! Quid pro quo only works for those who can see more then one side.

Aren't you supposed to be pig hunting? It's not like the Tsunami was going to stop you. I kinda got a feeling that a man such as yourself who's used to dealing with real bears cougars and pigs on a regular basis, and who's been known to dispatch them when necessary, wouldn't have much to fear from internet dogs.... sleeping or otherwise
