Need MLPA help from SD

I have a friend from Carlsbad trying to convince a city council member to come and talk at the October 21 meeting. The person would like to get some info on economic impact of closures. Since I am in LA, I have no access to such info, I would like to forward this contact to pro-sport fishing operatives in SD.

If any of you have prepared info on economic impact, that can be shared, or can talk to this person and make a good case re: eco impact, please pm me and I will forward your contact info to the city council guy.

thanks. /bing

This LA Times article nails it "The Marine Life Protection Act mess" http://www.latimes.com/news/opinion/...0,699228.story its a bit old (March) but still true to the mark.

I dont see how the state can cut funding on programs like domestic violence while ramping on spendinding on this......
