I know specific rules will be posted later this week. But I'll ask my question now in case no one has thought of it when planning the rules. I can never decide what I want to fish for once I get out on the water. I'm signed up in the big fish category, because I'd rather catch yellows or

than calicos. But if things are slow I'll probably head into the kelp to bass fish. Can I pay an extra $5 to the bass jackpot an be eligible for either category?
