Excellent table fare...kept one last year that was about 80, it lasted us the whole summer, several bbq's with family, and many dinners, it was delicious... I wont keep any this year...just a personal thing.

IMHO, from what I've heard, the ones in the 70-100 lb class are the best to keep (male), while the bigger models (females), are of course the ones making all the babies. Makes sense to let the breeders swim away. I am no marine biologist though...
