2018 Mission Bay Classic Kayak Tournament

I fished this last year, it was so fun and just an all around great event. So my questions are, first, they talked about Radio's, which I assume are used to radio the weigh boats if you have a legal fish? If so, what kind of radios/Frequencies are used? Second, I heard that there was a secondary Tournament through Tourney X that dealt with total length of all fish, are they having this again this year?
