All I know is that I caught my first ever yellowtail (went 2 for 2
) on the TBird sunday....and Yanni's recipes were so good. And simple. I have never had to break down a larger fish like that before let alone cook it. And it was very straight forward going to his website and finding what looked good and making it happen. Used the wahoo sushi bowl recipe for the rice and sauce to toss the yellowtail in and modified the rest a bit for a great poke bowl. And his recipe for preparing and grilling the collars turned an intimidating process into an easy task. And it was so good. Last edited by DPevin; 04-05-2017 at 09:37 AM. Reason: Photos |
