Jefe Dos has night 2. Roosters caught on wax wing and medium crock. lot's of iron lost.................bring a few extra. Flys in 1"-4" seem to work best.

We will take night 2 for dinner which should be Tuesday and crank out food for 15+.
Looking forward to the mayhem and getting away from work for some Baja fun in the sun! Please let me know if you need anything besides basic supplies already discussed, which we have and will leave you the extras. Jefe |

There is never too much firewood or charcoal. Still looking for a large USED pot
for steaming clams, cooking pasta for 15 or to cook a big PULPO. Maybe a roll of heavy duty aluminum foil. DO NOT FORGET flies, crocks, magabaits, flat falls, plastics. REMEMBER if it WIGGLES it will get BIT!!!!! You guys ARE going to have so much fun. Quote:

Makobob,
I am bringing a 24 qt stainless pot with lid to make Jambalaya and possibly fish tacos. It is yours to use whenever we are not. Jefe |

I will be preparing (48) lamb chops. They are thick, but not very big.
Does anybody have a B.B.Q big enough to do them all at once? The restaurant can prepare them in a pan, but it may take some time to do them all. |

Mahigeer,
I will have a large 3 burner stove with 2 griddles along with a fire grate and another griddle to cook over an oak fire that I am bringing. So my guess is you can cook all at once and we are happy to help. Jefe |

I won't have room for firewood, so if others can bring some would be great.
