I've narrowed it down to these rods - from least expensive to most expensive Teramar Inshore Southeast, Teramar West Coast, Terez, and a Phenix. Time to go shopping and actually pull on them. Then I will probably look for them used.

There's a guy that's been trying to sell a Phenix PSW 700m and 760m for a while on bloodydecks. You might want to check that out.

I just got the Phoenix inshore series black diamond and its really sweet.
PSW 760MXF at a 15-40lb. Great rod.

My Teramar bass rod got replaced by a Terez soon after I got it. I been using it as my dedicated Sabiki rod since then, and I can highly recommend the Teramar paired with a Corvalus as a Sabiki rod!
