Ultimate Fish Sandwich
I used the rockfish in the above post to make a second meal.
Use the tarter sauce and beer batter recipe above for this sandwich. Add a fresh roll, slice of tomato, and lettuce, top with tarter sauce and enjoy the best fish sandwich that I have ever had.
