I'm not a Noob, but I am a Noob-ish to the forum.
I understand the reticence to take out people who don't have the experience or skills to be safe out on the water, I had a bad experience taking a new guy off the coast of Oregon, he had never been out on the salt and couldn't handle a surf launch, dislocated my thumb trying to help. Anyway I want to go out to LJ on Monday, as long as the weather holds out I'm all over it. I can hold my own, skill wise, still looking for my first YT on the kayak. Looking to make more yak fishing friends! -Bernie Yellow OK Prowler/ Big Red truck with black/ red rims and black rack on the bed |

Let's do this ....
If weather permits I'd like to go on Monday. Mo you down for sure? I will be in Santa Maria till Sunday, hopefully I will get back on time to get my gear ready for Monday. I will update this thread early Sunday confirming I will be able to go out Monday.
