The fly in the third photo looks really cool. Do you tie your own? That would be satisfying to tie your own than catch 'em with your creation.
I am also interested to know how it goes in the wind. And, wow, it looks like spotties cook up like Carne Asada! |

what's cool about flyfishing is that you can tie fly's and test them ....that one it's my creation and works good on bass and halibutt...

Interesting I would think that there are more further south.
I have caught a ton of them in the Chula Vista area. |
