Someone else can answer on whether you can fit a rudder to it, but why do you think you need one on a paddle yak?

Paddle or Peddle I just like having the rudder to keep me pointed in the right direction. Even when tied off to the kelp I use my ruder to keep me pointed in a particular direction in relation to the current/wind.

The Pro 2 Tandem does not accommodate a rudder as it has heal stops instead of foot pegs/tracks
