yeah, it is suppose to then go to desk top and it doesn't do that on mine. It makes a snap shot then vanishes into thin air. Although I can paste it on to a word document but can't for the life of me figure out how to make a jpeg......tried save as but then Jpeg wasn't an option......  wait, just got it to work
