LOL... yes my young days of 2008 and coming back from Iraq.
The Marine Corps gave me little breath things so it told me not to take a chance to drink and drive. Lucky I have a wife! |

low water temp drop a lot. So fish stop being active. I didn't know threshers where in Oceanside.

I only catch fish because I put in a lot of time . I've gone for thresher 3 times so far and got skunked. Only got one soupfin as by catch and we used to troll in a boat right out of the harbor going south west following a channel and pick up mako and blues but this year i haven't been able to find that channel in the kayak using the FF. And its only20ft deep by the buey .

nice to know. Sucks you haven't found it yet. Its like me trying to find the freaking AR #2 and #1 and someone to go out with me to the reef.
