Dana Point 8-09 - Kayak Fishing Adventures on Big Water’s Edge

Went out around 6:00am. Headed straight for the kelp. It was cloudy but when the sun peeked out them clouds for a while, the bait started poping out of the water. So I cast the Rapala past the bait and reeled in slow and got hit. The first three fish were caught on the Rapala and the last two on a reverse droper loop with live bait. All fish were C&R and my friend got mad for releasing the 14" Calico. OH WELL. Let the fish fight another day. It felt good being out their again.

I've have'nt seen the other three fish before. Can anybody tell me what they are?
