Roscoe Member Join Date: Mar 2016 Location: Camarillo Posts: 91	Ventura harbor has easy launches. Same with channel island harbor. I like channel island break wall and have caught fish inside the harbor as well. Surf launches north of Ventura - Rincon island can be easy. Kelp beds and the small island can be good.
