When I first published this sandwich, back in the day, I couldn't
believe the feed back. From, "how could you do that to a white sea bass?"
to "now my wife wants me to go fishing!"

This new version includes a Wasabi Sweet Relish Mayo, and homemade Onion Rings. Check it out!

This sandwich can be made with halibut, but only if Tony leaves a halibut for someone else to catch!!
