It comes with a new battery (bp252) that fits both the M32 and M36. I was going to send it in to get it serviced but decided to get a new one with a microphone speaker.

The Issue: whenever the speaker gets wet or submerged in water the sound fades, you can still hear others talking but it is faded and you will not get full sound until the radio dries.

I'm hoping to at least recover some of the cost of the battery. The extra battery has one of the middle terminal corroded but it still works. Prices on Ebay for this radio range from $80.00 (starting bid) up to $170. I'll take any REASONABLE offer.
