2013 Hobie Fishing World Championships Qualifier/Jamaica Bay - Kayak Fishing Adventures on Big Water’s Edge

That's the same weekend as the rock fish opener in Northern California. It's not a qualifier event but gimme shelter one of the biggest kayak fishing events on the west coast. 160 contestants last year at the sixth annual event. I believe there is already 80 something people entered for this year. Shelter Cove CA is an amazing place I highly recommend it if you ever get the chance.
