Videos like these are made to serve one purpose. They aim to sway public opinion by highlighting atrocities. Mentioning that they also harvest whole sharks wouldn't have helped pass the legislation to make shark fins illegal....

i have not seen one video showing the use of any other part of than the fin. if it is indeed so often, why not more video evidence?
why are there countless examples of fin&toss as the norm not the exception?
instead of talking shit and making a poor attempt to make political connections put up some of this "sustainable" shark finning you speak of.
