Best portable chart plotter for the money?

Anyone have any suggestions. I initially hesitated on buying a lowrance with that function due to the price and lack of $$$ at the time. I'm really kicking myself now since west marine has the elite 4 with chart plotter for 200 this week, and it wouldn't make sense for me to buy another FF. So the only reasonable thing to do is to buy a portable gps/chartplotter. I'd like to stick around the $100 range if at all possible. I've looked around on Amazon at the Magellan and lowrance models but they're all a little above that range. Thanks guys.
