well not really a fish but it was some kind of shellfish. It had a shell with a hole in the top and a skin/membrane type of thing that curled back on top of the shell. It had an orange foot and it had a head that could go in and out of itself kinda like a snail. It was weird lookin

If it has a hole it is a type of keyhole limpet.
