LJ 9/25 PM - Kayak Fishing Adventures on Big Water’s Edge

No mucho to report. Launched at 330. Consistent 1ft waves, water temp. 65, wind out of the NW at 5, water vis. 10 ft. There was a lot of bait in the water, a little small but we'll take it.. We did find some bigger spanish out a little further. Trolled up and down the kelp. Then we paddle in a bit and tossed irons.. A school did pass us, but no takers in that bunch. There was also a large seal carcass floating towards the beach, so be careful not to run into it tomorrow morning... It smelled a something good..

NW wind kept on pushing us back into the kelp. Landed before sunset. Late, Dennis

Did it have any bites out of it?

It didn't appear to have any. Just marks from the seagulls.
