LJ 8/4
I launched at 4:45 and headed to the cans. Bait was hard to make and I headed out with 5 nice size green backs. I paddled for sometime until I got where I wanted to be. I dropped in two rigs, one fly lined and one deep, and I started to troll. At 7:40 the deep rig takes off and doesn't let up. I am still counting 3, 4, 5, 6, I throw it in gear and fish on! Bendo and I am off on a really great ride. I can tell it is a nice yellow so I play it cool and let it make its runs. I gather line as much as I can and it eventually begins to show signs of slowing down. I land a really nice yellow 38 1/2 inches and 18 pounds. SWEET! 8) I guess you know what's for dinner tonight
