La Jolla conditions 3/22? - Kayak Fishing Adventures on Big Water’s Edge

Anybody have a conditions report from La Jolla? Bait? Pinnipeds? I don't want to drive an hour and a half only to get chased off by marauding gangs of knot heads. Please post or PM.
