IDEAS - Kayak Fishing Adventures on Big Water’s Edge

Ok yes I'm a newb and have a ton of questions. Im lookin at fishing Yaks for 3 ,myself, my wife, and a 6ft 14yr old that won't stop growing. For myself I'm looking at ok 15 trident, an X-factor or a ok big game I'm a rather large fella. Primary uses will be lakes and rivers with maybe a couple trips to the coast a year. The wife is 5ft nothing maybe a buck and a quarter . Uses will be the same don't know how a smaller yak will handle big water. As for my son something cheap till he quits growing that will handle the same thing. We are all beginners so anything helps. We live in nv so test drives won't happen till we narrow down the selection.
