Interesting how BWE member personalities have changed over the years. I don't recall as much drama back in the day.

The first kayak forum I found out about was Plastic Navy. I forget the guy's name that started it, fished with him in the bay a few times. Not many kayak fishermen in those days, mostly fished from longboards in North County. We did not necessarily want to put our favorite fishing or surf spots on the internet.
