The Vaquita are effectively EXTINCT.
There is not enough genitic material for a viable population, maybe they could be interbred with a similar harbor seal but the parent stock is gone.
A population of 30 is NOT sustainable....................................... .so once again WE ALL LOOSE. Human greed.
