I have contacted Arnold Schwarzenegger via twitter - he told me that he will personally make sure that all of the Hobie Pro Anglers are granted full beach access rights to the launch. BUT he did say that all other smaller kayaks will be required wheel their kayaks from the north parking lot near the lifeguard tower during the pipeline construction...
. one noted exception was was going to be granted for Greg Andrew's Kayak...apparently Greg won some state recognized service award for rescuing a congressman's kid while kayak surfing in after landing a big halibut.
