Keep in mind most retailers to pay for postive reviews and "likes". Lots of fake reviews everywhere (mostly Yelp). Deception is everywhere online...(imagine people paying for Youtube subscribers and Twitter followers)...Just buy locally lol

Wow, The reviews for that place sounds like a nightmare. I have a buddy that sells on amazon, and he gets emails all the time from the dark web advertising to sell him good reviews for his products. The fake reviews are a reality.

Places like this are why I don't mind paying the sales tax and fork out the extra bucks for a local warranty -- to avoid the wasted time on phone calls, shipping and other headaches of dealing with non-local businesses.
