From what I gathered from the ones that know for sure – the weight of your ball will depend on conditions, mainly current. Have different size balls handy.
I’ve also been told that you can drop the dodger. Makes it easier and less prone to tangles, still works.
But what the hell do I know - I never caught halibut from a kayak. :lol:
