It's funny how the regulations updated Jan 1st 2016 says "closed to boat based anglers as of Sept 1st, 2015, and
expected to re-open April 15th, 2016".Then 3 days later, on the 4th, they say "open to boat based anglers Jan 1st, 2016 to Aug 31, 2016". So it looks like it is in fact open now, and they were just a little delayed in their updating the 2016 regs.
