Go to the website and then register a repair and then they send you a shipping label by email to print up. You pay 11.99 by credit card and then they hold that. Send them back and then call them. They will tell you what is needed to repair them.

I thought the customer service was pretty good. The maui jims I had they wanted 50 dollars to repair them.
