This video is about filleting California Sheephead with my new Dexter S360-6N Boning Knife, but just about any fish can be fillet this way.
My goal is to hopefully teach someone who hasn’t filleted them before, and to also point out that you don’t need to spend a small fortune to buy a good fillet knife.
By no means do I consider myself a master but the more time we try to do something the better we all get at it!
