Why is he an "asshat" for telling the OP the correct thing to do? Use the search function for general questions that have a million answers on the board already. Doesn't seem like you are offering up any helpful advice.
OP Matt... go to La Jolla, catch mackerel, troll in 80-100' of water, repeat as many times as necessary. Don't fish in the reserve. Give people space and don't crowd them, especially if they are hooked up.
