Agree......When the fish can see the bait and feed all night, makes it tougher to get them to feed/bite during the day. If one misses the twilight bite, for pelagics it's often better to wait until late afternoon when they might get hungry again. An exception is for fish that spawn on the full moons, they are hungry.
