Oh Man.

That pup is Shark Food. Or maybe Mama became shark food?

Personally, I have a soft spot for orphaned creatures. I would have put him in my tank well, maybe stayed out there for another 30-minutes or-so, just in case Mama came up for air... then contacted Sea World or Scripps.
