If I had to guess I'd say it's a Luhr Jenson woodchopper, but an early all wood version, before the changed the eye, in Sunshine Perch. The newer ones have a recessed eye, and are actually popular for Peacock bass.
There are hundreds of variations of these, but they are all essentually knockoffs of a Smithwick Devilhorse. The Original Smithwicks were released in something like 1950, and probably hundreds of various copies were made with slightly differen't configurations.
The wooodchopper is different because it's got large aluminum props rather then the more streamlined chromed propellers the were used by Heddon and Smithwick. Those large props make kind of a clacking noise in the water, so it's a noisier bait.
