The info leaked out Thursday evening, and they were looking for the leak. They didn't want to give people too much warning now because then they might actually be able to make it and participate.

Imagine that...their whole agenda we know, ironic that it is considered a process with 'extensive public input', yet they do nothing to promote this; I have asked them about it, and in turn was asked on how they should go about it...my comment was that they sure are spending enough money on nicer hotels, catered meals and the likes but nothing in the form of advertisements.

Do love the tri-fold flier that shows their proposed 3-mile closure all along the coast, and very next page shows a guy surf fishing...guess he can cast 3 miles out...

Called them on that many meetings ago, was fun to watch them stumble and explain it...
