Cantonese style steamed fish, a real winner for any lean white meat fish, EG rockfish, bass, croakers, whitefish, etc.
If you can't find any of the aromatics, you can always sub them out for other kinds. and don't skimp on trying to change it up with things like cilantro or burdock root as subs for things like green onion or ginger. That said, the standard recipe as you outlined it is a real workhorse.
